Who can benefit from the Visale guarantee?
My situation
I am eligible for Visale if I meet at least one of these conditions:
- I am between 18 and 30 years old
- I am an employee over 30 years old:
- Hired less than 6 months ago (excluding confirmed permanent contracts)
- OR Earning up to €1500 net/month
- OR In professional mobility
- OR In possession of a job offer less than 3 months old
- I am eligible for a mobility lease.
- I am housed by a rental intermediation organization
My accommodation
- Can be furnished or unfurnished
- Must be my primary residence
- Must have a rent (including charges) of €1500 maximum in Île de France or €1300 maximum in the rest of the territory
- Must be decent and comply with the Departmental Health Regulations (RSD)
- Must be subject to a lease (rental agreement)
