Since it was founded, MGEL Logement has supported students and young professionals by offering much more than just housing: a real quality of life designed for everyday living.

In some residences, optional services are available to support well-being and social connections: a gym, a coworking space, a relaxation room, or even a sauna. Most of our student residences offer all-inclusive rent (water, electricity, heating), for a controlled budget with no surprises. All our student rentals are eligible for housing assistance (APL).
